Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY All orders are shipped via our affiliate couriers DHL. All shipments that are sent by THEBLACKDAFFODIL.COM are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes and cannot amend the shipping address once the order shipped.

In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Tuesday and Friday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm WET (with the exception of French public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. Please note that delays may be indicated during sales period and Christmas. As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL tracking number. You can check the status of your order a few hours after receiving the email using the link provided.

RETURNS You must request your exchange or return and send your unwanted items back to us within 14 days for a refund of the value of the item only, or an exchange on the same item in a different size, based on stock availability.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

Once your return/exchange request have been sent to THE BLACK DAFFODIL Customer Service, you will receive a written consent, instructions for return and shipping label.

Shipping is free on returns and on the replacement item.
